3rd District Police Station

      MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD

The first new Police Station built in Montgomery County, MD in 25 years, the 3rd District Police Station is a LEED Gold 32,000 SF facility with a detached motorcycle garage and fuel station.  The interior consists of offices, workspaces, training rooms, fitness room, locker rooms and prisoner processing/detention area.  This project incorporates a green roof and extensive site storm water management biofiltration facilities. The project demonstrates successful experience in complex Construction of a Public Safety Facility on a constrained site.  The project included Load Bearing Masonry Construction.
