This project consisted of the demolition of the existing facility and the construction of a new, 13,720 SF recreation center. The Center provides the Good Hope community with a new gymnasium, weight room, social hall, game and activity rooms, and a new parking lot. The project is LEED Silver Certified through the US Green Building Council. Montgomery County Department of Recreation in partnership with the Strathmore will provide educational Art and Music activities in the new Recreation Center.
